Thank you for your interest in the services offer at Skinique. We appreciate each moment you allow us to help you look your best. We understand that your time is very valuable As such please take a moment to become familiar with our policy as it pertains to CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:
1) All no shows must pay for the missed appointment before attempting to make a future appointment
no shows are individuals who did not call to reschedule or cancel their current appointment.
2) If an appointment was made using a store credit, pre-paid voucher, gift certificate, etc, you will forefeit
the face value of the store credit, pre-paid voucher, gift certificate if you are a no show.
3) If you last minute cancel/reschedule two(2) consecutive appointments, you will be encourage to use our
walk-ins are welcome option. Please note that while walk-ins are welcome, there is no
guarantee you will be seen.
